What data we process
This site is a reference guide. You can read every page without providing any personal data: there is no registration, no login forms and no user profiling.
At present no personal data is collected through this site. No analytics or advertising tools are active, there are no contact forms and there is no user registration.
The hosting server automatically generates technical access logs (IP address, date, time and resource requested) which the hosting provider keeps for security and diagnostics, normally for a maximum of thirty days. Those logs are not consulted, not cross-referenced with anything else, and not used to identify any visitor.

Recipients
We do not share personal data with third parties except where legally required.
Hosting is provided by a supplier acting as a processor, under a contract compliant with article 28 GDPR.
Bookings
This site does not handle bookings and collects no data for commercial purposes. There are no booking forms and no payment gateway.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To do so, write to hola@caminoorganizado.com stating which right you are exercising. We will reply within one month at most.
If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Minors
This site is not specifically directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under fourteen.
Changes to this policy
If the way we process data changes, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent again. Last updated: 12 August 2026.
